The Object of Discourse

The Object of Discourse is a collection of essays about semiotics and design. Sometimes one, sometimes the other, but mostly the two combined. It follows my exploration of the semiotics of objects as part of my job as a designer of digital things, but it’s also about nondigital stuff. Often enough, the other objects of my semiotic interest will be dragged into the discourse.
